The whole process was very smooth and easy. Jack was very knowledgeable and not pushy with sales and gave us time to look around and discuss our options.

Our first visit was a few weeks ago the assistant manager was extremely helpful he allowed us to take measurements go through the colour chart and never pressured us to buy. Today we returned and met the store manager again very helpful we told him we were there to buy that put him at ease and the process from then on was easy. He then got his cool dude of a young man to go through the financial side of things and again all very cool and easy a great team of staff will definitely return if I need anything else 😀

We particularly liked the layout of the different pieces of furniture.

My needs were very specific. The furniture has to be taken to a upstairs room.

The staff Ashley and Chris were extremely helpful in showing us the different options available to us.

Sofology White City Manchester, Mahammad was very knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. He knew which sofa had the best lumber support and shorter depth seats for me, He explained all options, and configurations then left me to decide.

Fantastic customer service from Ingrid in Sofology, Cardiff. Ingrid was with us for over an hour whilst my elderly mother chose the perfect sofa. She was really helpful and nothing too much trouble. The sofa arrived yesterday and Mum really happy with it. Thank you!

We had great experience at sofology. We have been served by Matt,he was a manager at a time. He gave us really good customer service. Absolutely professional and polite, only because of him we end up spending nearly a grand more then our budget. We bought nearly 4k worth of sofa and we are highly satisfied with the service we given by Matt.

Derek and Cameron in the Dundee store offered some very friendly service, top notch. They were incredibly welcoming to our son and and we left with a great deal on some lovely sofas.
