"Really comfy, just wish it was a bit deeper"
I bought my sofa from Sofology a few weeks ago and I’ve been happy with it. I’m probably a bit picky with sofas because I like to properly sink in when I’m watching TV, but this one has been really comfy so far. The cushions did feel a little firmer than they did in the showroom at first, which worried me slightly, but they’ve softened up nicely now. I can sit on it for hours without getting a sore back or feeling uncomfortable. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that, for my personal taste, I’d love the seats to be just a tiny bit deeper.

"Ordering was alright, but it could be clearer"
I ordered a sofa online from Sofology and, to be fair, it did all go through in the end. The website looks nice enough, but some of the choices weren’t as clear as they should be, so I found myself going back and forth to make sure I hadn’t accidentally picked the wrong thing. It almost feels like they’ve made it look simple without actually making it that easy to use.
The confirmation email came through quickly, which was reassuring. The delivery details were a different story though, as I’m still not totally sure what dates I’m working with. Maybe I missed something, but it did feel like the important info was a bit tucked away. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just more confusing than it needed to be

"Nice sofa, but communication could’ve been better"
The sofa itself is nice enough and the delivery guys were fine, no complaints there. It was more the lead-up to delivery that let things down. I felt a bit ignored, to be honest, as I had to keep chasing for updates and didn’t really know what was going on. Then the time slot changed last minute, which was frustrating. Not a terrible experience overall, but it definitely could’ve been handled better.

"Still Looking Good After Plenty of Use"
We’ve had our Sofology sofa for a while now and I’m really happy with it. The seat fabric still looks good, really good actually, and it hasn’t gone all bobbly like I half expected. The leather parts are easy to wipe clean too, which is a big help with kids constantly spilling things. It still feels nice and solid as well, not saggy or worn out like our old sofa got. So far, it’s wearing really well and I’m glad we went for it.

I ordered a sofa and the delivery timing was pretty much spot on. It arrived within the week they said it would, so I did not have to chase anyone up. I would have given 5 stars if the updates had been a bit clearer, but overall it was a good experience...

We ordered a sofa recently, after spending way too long measuring the living room and moving an old side table around for no real reason, and the tracking ended up being genuinely useful. I could check what stage it was at without having to ring or message anyone, which I appreciated.
They sent texts and emails whenever something changed, and the delivery slot was clear enough for us to plan around. On the day, the driver update helped too, especially because I was trying to get a few errands done and didn’t want to miss them.

It wasn’t anything flashy, but it did exactly what you’d want it to do. The wait felt much less annoying, and the sofa turned up when they said it would, which is all I was hoping for.

"Delivery issue was handled well"
I had a bit of an issue with my sofa delivery and ended up having to complain. It did take a couple of calls to get things moving, but the lady I spoke with was helpful and kept me updated along the way. It wasn’t exactly a perfect experience, but overall I’d say they dealt with it fairly in the end

The sofa arrived with some damage, which wasn’t exactly the start I’d hoped for. I got in touch with customer service and, to their credit, they sorted a replacement without dragging things out. These things happen, but how it’s handled makes all the difference.

We went in with no real idea what sofa we wanted, but the sales guy was great. He was super patient, explained all the options clearly, and never made us feel rushed. He also gave us space to think things over, which we really appreciated. it made the whole process so much easier than we expected. Thanks again!

We popped into the store to have a look at sofas and had a really good experience overall. The staff were friendly and helpful without being too pushy, which made it much easier to browse. We ended up finding a sofa we really liked. The only small downside was that the delivery dates could have been a bit clearer, but apart from that, we were happy with the visit

The delivery lads were polite and came across professional. They managed to get the sofa in without damaging anything, which I was relieved about. They did turn up later than the time slot though, and I had to chase for an update, which was annoying. Part of me wondered if they’d have bothered letting me know at all if I hadn’t called. Once they arrived, they were friendly and got the job done quickly. Overall, it was fine, not amazing, but not terrible either.

"Still trust Sofology after my latest experience"
I’ve bought from Sofology before and always thought they were a solid brand. They’re definitely not the cheapest, and I do wish the updates came through a bit quicker at times, but my most recent experience was still a good one. The sofa turned out really nice quality, and the staff came across as honest and helpful, which sticks with me more than the small delays. Based on that, I’d be happy to shop with them again.

The sofa looks really nice in the room, so I’m happy with that soooo far. The assembly just felt a bit rushed, honestly. One of the legs wasn’t fitted straight, and I had to sort it out myself afterward. The install guys were polite enough, but they didn’t seem very careful with the details...

"Really happy with my Sofology sofa"
I bought a 3-seater from Sofology a few months ago, i’ve been really happy with it so far. It’s become our everyday sofa, and it feels comfy without looking like it’s wearing out already. The fabric feels nice and thick, and the cushions have kept their shape much better than the last sofa I had. It also looks well made overall. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I noticed one seam is a tiny bit uneven. It’s not a big issue and probably not something most people would spot, but I did notice it. That said, it still feels like a good quality sofa for the money
